We did not just build a venue in the country. We found seventy acres that captured the beauty of Kansas and built Antelope Creek Ranch around it.

The Land
Forty acres, a creek, and a two-acre pond.
The creek winds the length of the property. The pond sits at two acres, wide enough to hold the sky at sunset and close enough to the building that your photographer will not need a golf cart.
The property runs seventy acres in all; the forty closest to the building are the ones you will use, and they hold the trees, the creek and the pond. The rest is open prairie. Every venue within an hour of here is a room with a parking lot attached. This is land first. The building was sited to face it.

Set-up and clean-up come out of the booked hours. A shorter daytime event on a Thursday can use these blocks when the schedule allows.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday are premium dates. Any event booked on one pays the full rate for that day, $7,500 on a Saturday and $7,000 on a Friday or Sunday, whatever kind of event it is.

Catering and barWe have an open vendor policy. Bring your own caterer and your own bar, which is how the budget stays yours. A licensed, insured bartender serves the alcohol.
Outside vendorsMost vendors are welcome. Every one is verified by the owners before the event.
Deposit terms50% of the date rate holds the date: $3,750 holds a Saturday. The balance is due in full within six months of the deposit, or two months before the event date, whichever comes first.

How do we reserve a date?
Three things: agree the date with us, sign the contract, and pay the deposit. All of it can be done electronically, so nobody has to drive anywhere to hold a Saturday. We take cash, money order, Venmo and PayPal.
Check whether your date is openHow many hours do we get?
A single day rental is sixteen hours, 8:00 a.m. to midnight. A two day rental runs from 8:00 a.m. on the first day to midnight on the second. Set-up, the event itself and take-down all happen inside that window, and none of it is billed as extra hours on either end. If nothing is booked the day before yours we can sometimes open earlier, but that depends on the calendar and is not something we can promise in advance.
What is the capacity?
More than 300 guests, plus the wedding party. The hall is 7,200 square feet. The open mezzanine above it, the bridal suite and the groom suite come to 2,400 square feet between them, and the covered pavilion outside is another 2,400.
Who sets up the tables and chairs?
We do, before your time starts, and we break them down after. Decorating is yours: our staff set the room, not your centerpieces. All we ask is that you clean up after your event, which is what the refundable damage deposit is measured against.
Do we need to hire a security guard?
No, because we arrange it and it is already in the rate. Law enforcement is on site for every event without exception, either an off-duty officer or a Sumner County sheriff’s deputy. There is no headcount threshold to work out and nobody for you to book.
Can we book for something other than a wedding?
Yes. Monday through Wednesday it is booked in blocks: $1,000 for four hours, $1,500 for six, $2,000 for eight, or $2,500 for the full day, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Set-up and clean-up come out of those hours, and the suites are not included. A Thursday is $4,500 for a full day, and a shorter daytime event can use the blocks when the schedule allows. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are premium dates, and any event on one pays the full rate for that day. A quinceañera is booked and priced as a wedding, every day of the week.
