Visit · Sumner County, Kansas
Come and walk itbefore it is built.
The corner of E. 30th St. South and S. Oliver, Oxford, Kansas. Twenty minutes south of Wichita on good road, and ten minutes from Kansas Star Casino.
What a visit is right now
Thirty acres and a set of stakes.
The venue opens in May 2027 and has not broken ground. A tour today is exactly what that sounds like: the creek, the pond, the treeline, and someone showing you where the hall will stand and which way the window will face.
That is worth doing before you book rather than after. The land is the part that cannot be renovated later, and it is the part every rendering on this site is trying to describe.

Your guests
Where the people traveling in actually stay.
Kansas Star Casino is ten minutes from the property and is where most out-of-town guests end up: rooms, food and a bar in one place, without anyone driving back into Wichita at midnight.
On the property there is a one-acre parking lot, so a 300-person guest list does not end up on the shoulder of a county road, and two RV hookups for the people who bring their own.
- Kansas Star Casino
- Ten minutes. The nearest rooms, and the ones most guests book.
- Wichita
- Twenty minutes from the south edge of the city. Downtown is further.
- Parking
- One acre, on site.
- RV hookups
- Two, on site.

Schedule a tour
Pick a time and someone will meet you out there.
Send the form or call the number. It is a working ranch road, so it helps to know when you are coming rather than turning up on the day.
