A 7,200 sq ft hall with a bar in it, a covered pavilion, and thirty acres around both. Six hours on a weekday runs $500, set-up and clean-up included.

The building was designed to change job in an evening, which is the whole reason it can take on this much.
Vow renewals
Both ceremony sites are set and both are included, the same as a wedding. Smaller guest lists usually take the pavilion and the porch rather than the whole hall.

Black vaulted ceiling, a two-story cathedral window, a built-in bar and 7,200 square feet of floor. There is no house style baked into the walls for your decorator to work around.
The 2,400 sq ft covered pavilion is open-sided and does a different job every hour of the evening: ceremony, then dinner overflow, then the band.
The weekday rate
Six hours, $500, Sunday through Wednesday.
Set-up and clean-up happen inside those six hours rather than being billed on either end. The rate does not include the bridal suite or the groom suite. Those are held for wedding rentals.
Weekend dates are kept for weddings first. When one opens up a non-wedding event can have it, and the way to find out is to look at the calendar.
