Sedgwick County
Thirty acres with a creek, a two-acre pond, and a room built to face them. Indoor and outdoor ceremony sites, both included.
Sedgwick County
When we say the venue is twenty minutes south of Wichita, Haysville is roughly the edge we mean. This is the shortest run on the whole list, and the one town where that sentence is literally true rather than approximately so.
A Kansas marriage license is issued by any Kansas district court clerk and is valid anywhere in the state. The county that issues it does not have to be the county you marry in. Kansas applies a three-day waiting period between application and issue, and the license is good for six months. The fee runs about $85 as of 2026.
The Land
The creek winds the length of the property. The pond sits at two acres, wide enough to hold the sky at sunset and close enough to the building that your photographer will not need a golf cart.
The rest is open prairie. Every venue within an hour of here is a room with a parking lot attached. This is land first. The building was sited to face it.

Your guests
Short enough that lodging is optional. Most Haysville guests will drive both ways; the ones who would rather not have Kansas Star ten minutes from the property.
