Wedding venue pricing by day
No surprises, ACR offers straightforward pricing.
Single Day Rentals
Weddings and quinceañeras, 8:00 a.m. to midnight. A quinceañera is booked and priced as a wedding, on whatever day of the week it falls.
Two Day Rentals
Two days in a row, 8:00 a.m. on the first to midnight on the second. Includes an overnight stay in the bridal suite, which sleeps 12, so the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner can happen on site.
Weekday Events
Corporate and private events, Monday through Wednesday. The blocks do not include the bridal suite or groom suite, and they do not apply to quinceañeras, which are booked and priced as weddings.
Set-up and clean-up come out of the booked hours. A shorter daytime event on a Thursday can use these blocks when the schedule allows.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday are premium dates. Any event booked on one pays the full rate for that day, $7,500 on a Saturday and $7,000 on a Friday or Sunday, whatever kind of event it is.

How do we reserve a date?
Three things: agree the date with us, sign the contract, and pay the deposit. All of it can be done electronically, so nobody has to drive anywhere to hold a Saturday. We take cash, money order, Venmo and PayPal.

A single day rental is sixteen hours, 8:00 a.m. to midnight. A two day rental runs from 8:00 a.m. on the first day to midnight on the second. Set-up, the event itself and take-down all happen inside that window, and none of it is billed as extra hours on either end. If nothing is booked the day before yours we can sometimes open earlier, but that depends on the calendar and is not something we can promise in advance.
What is the capacity?
More than 300 guests, plus the wedding party. The hall is 7,200 square feet. The open mezzanine above it, the bridal suite and the groom suite come to 2,400 square feet between them, and the covered pavilion outside is another 2,400.
Who sets up the tables and chairs?
We do, before your time starts, and we break them down after. Decorating is yours: our staff set the room, not your centerpieces. All we ask is that you clean up after your event, which is what the refundable damage deposit is measured against.
Do we need to hire a security guard?
No, because we arrange it and it is already in the rate. Law enforcement is on site for every event without exception, either an off-duty officer or a Sumner County sheriff’s deputy. There is no headcount threshold to work out and nobody for you to book.
Can we book for something other than a wedding?
Yes. Monday through Wednesday it is booked in blocks: $1,000 for four hours, $1,500 for six, $2,000 for eight, or $2,500 for the full day, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Set-up and clean-up come out of those hours, and the suites are not included. A Thursday is $4,500 for a full day, and a shorter daytime event can use the blocks when the schedule allows. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are premium dates, and any event on one pays the full rate for that day. A quinceañera is booked and priced as a wedding, every day of the week.

How booking works
Three things happen, in this order.
There is no application, no questionnaire before a number, and no site visit required to hold a date.
You check the date
The calendar is public. Nothing is hidden behind a call, and a date that shows open is open.
You send the form
One short form: your date, your name, how to reach you, and what you are planning. A person reads it and a person replies.
The deposit holds it
Half the date rate takes the date off the calendar, so $3,750 for a Saturday. The balance is due in full within six months of the deposit, or two months before the event, whichever comes first.
What is not on the bill
The line items that are not there.
A venue rate is easy to compare. What is hard to compare is everything a venue adds afterwards, so here is what this one does not add.
- No in-house catering requirement
- You are not buying our food at our margin. Bring your caterer.
- No bar minimum
- The bar is yours to bring, so there is no spend to reach. Serving it is the one thing not left open. That takes a licensed, insured bartender.
- No set-up or clean-up hours
- Both happen inside the rental window rather than being billed on either end.
- No chair or linen rental
- Tables, linens and more than 300 chairs come with the room, on every booking including weekends.
- No fee to switch ceremony sites
- Indoor and outdoor are both set. Decide on the morning.
